These bolt caps are special-order items. After purchase, we place the order with the manufacturer, who then produces them. Delivery lead time is slightly longer as a result. Please note that these items are non-returnable.
These historically accurate bolt caps do not include a clip for attachment. Traditionally, Plaster of Paris is used to secure them for a permanent installation (see the kit option above). You can also use Blue Tack-type products or plumbers' putty for easy removal. Advise: Using a non-permanent installation makes it easy to loosen the caps during cleaning (not good). We can make these bolt caps in nearly any color used for toilets from 1929 to the present. Contact us for help finding your color.
